This change updates the WFDB package to version 4.0.0 from 3.1. This should result in more stable behavior for multi-frequency records as mentioned in #49. It may also increase performance speed but this hasn't been tested explicitly on the data for this project and on the server in which it is hosted.
Closes #49.
