Updates site configuration and content to reflect Machine Learning for Science (ML4Sci) instead of HEP Software Foundation references.

• Updated site name, description, and URL in _config.yml
• Replaced newsletter references with ML4Sci branding
• Updated sidebar/about content to match the new focus
