Version 1.0: First Release

This is the first release for the Autoflow package. It includes the commands af start, af new, af git-cli, and af jump. This package supports MacOS and Linux, and it supports Python versions 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9. There is also a Github Actions test workflow set up for this project that will need to be improved in later versions in order to make it faster and more comprehensive.
