It has been long enough since this format was deprecated in favour of the fixel directory format, and there is no interest in persisting with it.
I updated some code around the dynamic seeding for exporting of fixel data, but that code is only relevant if a particular typedef is uncommented, it's not relevant for typical compilation.
Also includes a deletion of test data, so the
devbranch on that repo will need to be forwarded accordingly.
