Fixed the dark mode settings

i have added a button to enable the dark mode and make the settings as per the requirements ... may be the colors may not suit you. so you can modify as per your needs . I have implemented the functionality

i have added a button and made the functionality to change the colors based on the state .. usestate ...and may be the color may not suitable to you..so i have added the css you can change there...here's how it works .if any confusion persists please share
