The cartoon avatar: the last airbender is not an Anime.
The definition of Anime is all animations from Japan, created by japanese people or just set on the Japan with japanese culture. This cartoon does not fit on any of these conditions, because was made on the USA, by americans and is set on China. In other words, this american cartoon doesn't have a single relation to Japan.
