…, in platformio, under windows. NOTE: it might be less frustrating to use a text editor and Make in Linux, as Makefiles are ignored by platformio and the atmega161 is not supported in Arduino anyway
… yet though, as builtin AVRdude has no USB / won't work with my usbasp or dragon_isp.

This now compiles, but upload won't work yet (And I'll probably just use Linux&Avrdude&your makefiles, since that is overall more familiar for me).
