Openshift attach/detach volume

Hi,
I have pushed the volume attach/detach feature in ManageIQ. Please review it and let me know if the method is okay or if there is a better way to do it.

This failed specs. Is it missing a feature addition in core? Or is something else wrong?

@agrare Do you like the names or would create and delete (from Crud) would better serve our needs?
