Doesn't have to be for this PR - the existing stuff is all Ansible Tower anyway, and this is a clean reorg

We might need "prior" values for the reverse linkages and canonical URLs, but honestly I'm not sure as it might break things |

Currently all automation providers are in one big `managing_providers/_topics/automation_management_providers.md` file where the other manager types each have their own dedicated pages.
