This PR adds the latest rpm URL for spassky to the appendix and adds a section how to upgrade the automation engine.
Several provisionings failed, due to the code from the previous release, and i was not aware after upgrading that the automation engine did not get upgraded automatically after doing the steps from the Upgrade guide.
Maybe its enough to mention the reset from the docs https://www.manageiq.org/docs/reference/latest/scripting_actions/#resetting-datastores-to-the-default ?
