AGENTS.md covers the project architecture, update pipeline, performance-critical paths, and conventions for AI agents working in this codebase. README: fix `poetry run` → `uv run`, remove version-4 framing, drop the broken Docker section, and update the TODO list to reflect 83 passing tests.
