  This milestone signifies the completion of the Polykey API as well Polykey CLI regarding the core cryptography functionality. The CLI features at the least would include features that involve creation of keynodes, secret management, vault management, and signing and verifying. The API will expose methods to carryout the above functionality offering both synchronous and asynchronous methods.
