Main differences with the as3 version

Please note that I'm writing this a long time after doing the port, I might forget something but as I remember it the main differences are

• Package was changed from feathers.* to feathers.starling.*, this is to avoid conflicts with the OpenFL version of Feathers
• No TextBlockTextRenderer, TextBlockTextEditor or StageTextEditor (because the required classes for those don't exist in OpenFL)
• No VideoPlayer component (this might change when OpenFL gets multiplatform video support)
• Only ArrayCollection available for now (I'll work on that at some point)
