Sync uv.lock with pyproject.yaml

The current version of uv.lock doesn't reflect the dependencies listed in pyproject.toml. As pyproject.toml specifies requires-python = ">=3.10", I regenerated it with uv sync --python 3.10.

Thanks for catching this! I've since run uv sync as part of the Snowflake work, so the lock file is now up to date. Closing, but appreciate it.
