User specified paths need to be in HINTS, not in PATHS(for hardcoded paths) From CMAKE doc: Search the paths specified by the HINTS option. These should be paths computed by system introspection, such as a hint provided by the location of another item already found. Hard-coded guesses should be specified with the PATHS option.
The TenStream atmosphere object was not reinitialized on the second radiation call and it is faster if you re-use the vertical interpolation between the dynamical and background grids.
