Bug: USDB metadata references missing icon file
The metadata references 0xA23885c8E0743C734Bd6Da0df66e2631Ee9Bc6D8.png but no corresponding icon file was added in this commit. All other tokens in this PR had their icon files included, but USDB's referenced logo file is missing, which will cause a broken reference when the metadata is used.

Also updated token icons to adhere Styleguide (https://github.com/MetaMask/contract-metadata/blob/master/STYLEGUIDE.md).
psXDC and BBB are untouched as I couldn't find a better logo for them. They do survive however the "draw a circle" test (at the cost of the bunny losing its ears).

Adds new XDC tokens (USDC, USDB, PRFI), updates GAMA address, and migrates multiple token logos from PNG to SVG with new SVG assets.
