Note

Adds five new HIP-3 assets on eip155:999 with icons and metadata.

• New SVG icons: icons/eip155:999/hip3:xyz_EUR.svg, ..._JPY.svg, ..._GOLD.svg, ..._SILVER.svg, ..._MU.svg
• Corresponding metadata added: metadata/eip155:999/hip3:xyz_EUR.json, ..._JPY.json, ..._GOLD.json, ..._SILVER.json, ..._MU.json (each with symbol, name, decimals: 6, and logo path)
