Adds Ronin chain support across env, verification scripts, and docs.

• Introduces RONIN_RPC_URL in .env.example
• Updates script/verification/verify-utils.sh to include Ronin (CHAIN_IDS adds 2020) and maps it to Sourcify with RONIN_RPC_URL and https://sourcify.dev/server/
• Lists Ronin under mainnet chains in documents/Deployments.md
