Updates supported networks tables for v0.13 by adding Ink (mainnet), Ink Sepolia, and Citrea testnets, and adds SEO keywords metadata to the v0.13 page.

• Supported networks (v0.13):
  • Mainnet: Add Ink (❌ ❌ ✅) in delegation-toolkit/get-started/supported-networks.md and gator_versioned_docs/version-0.13.0/get-started/supported-networks.md.
  • Testnet: Add Ink Sepolia (❌ ❌ ✅) and Citrea (❌ ❌ ✅); ensure Monad row present.
• Docs metadata: Add keywords frontmatter to gator_versioned_docs/version-0.13.0/get-started/supported-networks.md.
