Updates documentation to reflect correct native token example and fix minor formatting.

• Corrects example text from "0.001 USDC per day" to "0.001 ETH per day" in guides/advanced-permissions/use-permissions/native-token.md (both gator_versioned_docs/version-0.3.0 and smart-accounts-kit)
• Fixes closing </Tabs> tag/newline to ensure proper rendering
