This PR is an attempt to add Digibyte to the NBitcoin.Altcoins library.
I'm by no means an expert in Cryptography, so please bare with me 😄
I would like to request anyone with Digibyte expertise to please verify that this implementation is correct, such as the Genesis block, Base58 and Bech32 bytes, etc.
Happy to refactor or add anything else, etc.
The main reason for this implementation from my perspective, is to parse Digibyte addresses.
