This PR adds a helper method from_dp1_parquet() to construct a Survey object from LSST DP1 visit-level parquet files. Useful for running simulations over Data Preview 1 fields. Includes optional y-band exclusion and footprint construction for ComCam’s 40'×40' FOV.
