Update NDv2 specs to include missing accelerator info

Two changes to the NDv2 information:

• Fix NDv2 host specifications table, adding missing accelerator information
• Fix NDv2 sizes in series accelerators tab, adding missing accelerator quantity

These changes bring the documentation in line with other GPU instance types and enables for easier comparison.
