The required roles I listed, I'm not sure of. I'm not either of those on my own tenant - I have GA and Exchange Admin, but I can access the Email Preview function. On tenants where I only have GA, I can't. |

Updated the Entra Global Admin permissions. Entra GA does not seem to be enough for Email Previews anymore, you need the Preview role. At least, I think - there may be other roles. I don't work for Microsoft - just an unfortunate customer who has to figure it out :)
