…ails I couldn't easily find this within the documentation, but based on testing over a few tenants, it seems GA can view/read only quarantined emails. Access to all emails requires the read/preview perm. There may be other roles that have this -Exchange Admin might be able to. Think this would be good to have clearly stated somewhere.
