Updated "Before you begin"

Tested the Group Administrator role and confirmed that it is now able to assign licenses to groups using group-based licensing.

Test

• Confirmed that a Microsoft 365 E5 license is available for assignment.
• Added a test user to the group without a direct license.
• After synchronization, the user was automatically assigned the E5 license.
