This PR is on top of #69 and concern as well #67.
It introduces some more type safety to this property. I highly recommend to spread type safety to the whole plugin code!
Please note that this PR also updated the library
bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton-api-phpto the newest release 2.3.1. the library was very outdated and lead to many other problems with PHP 8.0+ as well
