should be inline with SYS_TEXT_BASE for picked arch when reading start adress of uboot environment, otherwise we endup with garbage text written to uEnv.txt or uboot fails to read driver from console.cfg
I believe we could just unset CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE, so it would rely on CONFIG_SYS_LOAD_ADDR - however this change goes inline with upstream for suniv.
