Fix and Cover Eager Conflict Resolution Deadlock

This PR is fixing a deadlock in eager conflict resolution. To improve testability, this PR also:

• Extracts logging into an interface and provides a default implementation to the RealMutableStore
• Adds dependencies on Turbine and Mokkery
