Whats Changed

This PR syncs systems.csv with Entur's GBFS catalog (https://api.entur.io/mobility/v2/gbfs/v3/manifest.json):

  • Removed 4 TIER feeds (waiting for Dott to come alive, shutdown for winter)
  • Removed 1 Surf feed (Surf went out of business)
  • Updated 1 Ryde feed (Ryde Fredrikstad-Sarpsborg (twin cities) has split one system into two systems, but Sarpsborg is still shut down for winter)
