Adds 38 new feeds
Appends API key to Pony URLs
Removes all feeds from Bolt and Hopp
Removes all LINK URLs
Removes 4 entries for BARshare in Germany
Remove 3 feeds from Hopr

Removes a number of dead NextBike feeds
Removes a number of miscellaneous dead feeds

VeloCité Mulhouse has been taken over by Nextbike. This old JCDecaux feed has 0 available vehicles.
