Remove gmuend_bewegt because https://api.mobidata-bw.de/sharing/gbfs/v2/gmuend_bewegt/gbfs has been removed.
The operator is not active any more: https://www.stwgd.de/privatkunden/mobilitaet/e-carsharing.html
