Via Mobility moved to Passio, and the previous sources were outdated. Update URLs.

Hi @jackrosenthal! Thanks for making this contribution and following up — when there's a new URL, we create a new feed and redirect the old feed to the new one, so I made a separate PR for this change: #793 The new Via Mobility feeds are now available on the Mobility Database here: https://mobilitydatabase.org/feeds?q=via+mobility Please let us know if anything further is needed! |
