Population genetics utilities and CLI tools. Includes an HGT (horizontal gene transfer) analysis workflow comparing BLAST outputs across experimental groups.
Create the conda environment:

conda env create -f environment.yaml
conda activate popgenflux
After installing, a CLI is available:
popgenflux-hgt --help
