Description
This removes lots of old, messy code & tests for database migrations for very old versions of QCFractal. I would be very surprised if there are any pre-v0.50 instances still out there that haven't move to v0.50 or newer in the last 2ish years.
If for some reason that's true, you will need to install v0.63 or so and upgrade, then upgrade to the newer versions.
Other than that, no functionality changes.
