About The Pull Request

Adds a new syndicate gadget for 4tc, the Omnilathe, a portable flatpack machine that allows you to use hacked autolathe recipes, ammo workbench, and you can upgrade it by inserting techfab boards into the machine.

Why It's Good For The Game

Allow traitors to skip some prep time spent doing nothing in order to make their life easier, such as setting up a hacked lathe in maint to print 9mm or 357 ammo with. Otherwise they just buy a briefcase of money and wait for cargo to deliver so they can build their stuff in maint and hope nobody finds it and deconstructs it.

Because of how high the population is on the server, hiding a fabricator in a random maint corner is very difficult without someone finding it while you're away, this should help out.

Testing

First PR so keep that in mind, I tested a bunch of edge bits like interrupting the machine while it's working, deploying it with items inside the toolbox, packing it with materials inside the fabricator, keeping data disk designs on packing/deploying, yatta yatta. I haven't seen any issues.
