Traitor now start with 25 TC and are balanced around that, contractor and any other ways besides progtot to get more still exist
Disables secondary objectives for traitors and removes final objectives entirely

reprices a LARGE portion of the uplink, removes several items and adds several new ones list will be added later

If you activated all the crab 17 at once, you need only extract from one to cancel the others
