About The Pull Request

The Black Briars are a new pseudo disease that spreads through the death of those afflicted by it. It is extremely lethal but is chronic, taking nearly an hour to kill an average person.
Treating Black Briar is impossible once it has rooted. You can only hold it at bay or amputate the infected limbs.
Black Briar cannot be healed by most miracles, requiring those of Dendor or Pestra. Malum miracles make the briars grow faster.
Briars are hard to detect. Once they are in your system only certain individuals are capable of detecting their presence before their detection period is over.

Lorewise, Briars spawned from the Black Briar Massacre in 2104 during Zizo's siege of Rosewood. Briars are a gestalt consciousness shared through the roots.

Im not a lore guy so I dont know if this is correct or not, but Im pretty sure the black rosa pathogen is heavily gate kept by rosewood, so it wouldn't make sense for it to be a flaw anyone could take.

Yes but also no, I dont think many people are going to take -2 strength and -2 endurance on top of dropping items on occasion so its fine
