WinUIColorPicker.Controls - 1.0.1

Fixed the following issues:
*Fixed an issue where switching between custom themes would cause the accent bar to become stuck in dark mode.
Implemented new dynamic handlers that detect changes to the theme system in the app that consumes the nuget.

*Descriptions and code in the project were corrected and updated!
