This resets the database to fix the issue of losing application registration status after a MicroG update or reinstall. It's not guaranteed to fix all issues for all applications, but it's the last resort before having to reinstall patched applications. - Fix dialogs title size - Small fixes

Permissions checks: Verify whether essential microG special permissions are granted. System checks: Verify that the system is correctly configured to run microG, specifically background services.
