Addressing #1292 : as of jQuery 3,
bindandunbindare deprecated in favour ofonandoffrespectively. This patch addresses that deprecation. I haven't touched the manual namespacing, though it would be prudent to clean that up too, on standardising onon/offThis does require updating the jQuery dependence from 1.2.6 to 1.7.0.
