Image Resizer

A simple HTML, CSS, and JavaScript tool to resize images.

Usage

1. Open the HTML file in a web browser.
2. Select an image file using the file input.
3. Enter the desired width and/or height in pixels.
4. Click the "Resize Image" button.
5. The resized image will be displayed, along with a download link.
