PTHMINT-37: Remove A002 code to ruff lint

This pull request modifies the pyproject.toml configuration file to adjust the list of ignored linting rules.

Configuration updates:

• Removed the rule "A002" from the ignore list, which means this rule will no longer be ignored during linting.
