I removed the old demo. I see that you subsample data. Do you maybe want to set a seed, otherwise local execution always leads to a diff. On the other hand by that you always see changing docs. Maybe that is good, but probably not:) |

Yes, it's a good idea to add a seed for the subsample, I will add it in the next commit. |

I removed the MicW2Graph example data and replaced it with a case study from the Earth Microbiome project (EMP). I changed the documentation of how to run vuegen with this update on the REDAME, and also updated the CI script. Please, take a look at this PR to check if everything is ok, or if I missed something.
