Biometrics / Howdy Integration

• Pulled latest upstream patches for the biometrics module
• Completely rewrote the xero‑howdy‑qt installation logic
  • Now builds the Qt project from source instead of relying on an AUR package that doesn't currently exist (and will most likely be intentionally broken on Arch, just like the build dependencies were, more on that below)
  • Ensures consistent, reproducible installs across all Arch‑based systems
• Replaced howdy-bin (broken due to python-dlib) with howdy-git
  • howdy-git builds correctly on all Arch systems
  • Removes dependency failures and insures xero-howdy-qt works and installs properly

Project Metadata / Attribution

• Updated About section to include more direct attribution, as a courtesy to upstream developers
