clang 13 is not officially supported in ubuntu: 25.10 (clang 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, "default 20", 21) 25.04 Plucky Puffin (clang14, 15, 17, 18, 19, "default 20") 24.10 Oracular Oriole (clang 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, "default 19") 24.04 LTS Noble Numbat (clang 14, 15, 16, 17, "default 18", 19) but only in 20.04 LTS Focal Fossa (clang 6, 7, 8, 9, "default 10", 11, 12, 18) ubuntu 20.04 overcome EOL. I propose switching to mirrors-clang-format15, covers all ubuntu distributions

I propose switching to mirrors-clang-format15, covers all ubuntu distributions
