Apparently some checks by Credo either were added or made more strict. Fixes are related to Credo related failures; nothing else were found to regress including in the bump to Erlang and Elixir versions.

Bump Elixir dependencies in the context of bumping Elixir (1.19.5) and Erlang (28.3.3) as well.
