- updated CSS imports - updated eslint to allow `@fontsource` imports from `apps/desktop`
- migrate postcss stuff - comment out the rust stuff, not a priority at the moment - update tailwind deps from the `app/*` directory

It looks like the migration from v4 is going to revamp the whole design system, expecting to have a lot of merge conflicts from other branches in future commits - so for now, I'll backpedal and remove the SCSS part of this PR and go 100% pure CSS and still use v3 instead |
