I wasn't sure how to add theme I tried changing local storage but I'm probably doing something wrong
`mergeNamespaceComponents` is dormant and won't be used again
- tweaking some biome settings I didn't run any commands to prevent a merge conflict
Removes both ESLint and Prettier's config files and dependencies; migrates all the configs from Biome
