Description
Migrate execute_transaction and estimate_gas_budget to gRPC behind
GRPC_MIGRATION_LEVEL_TRANSACTION_WRITES(level 7). AddsDualClient::execute_transaction_grpcusing theExecuteTransactionRPC andDualClient::simulate_transaction_for_gas_grpcusingSimulateTransactionfor gas estimation. Includes conversion helpers forTransactionEffects(BCS),ChangedObject→ObjectChange, and protoOwner→ sui_typesOwner.Test plan
